RG Construction Services, LLC. (RG) was established in 2004 as a Service-disabled Veteran-owned, Small Disadvantaged Business. RG is a fully qualified general, electrical and mechanical contractor, providing construction services for clients with rigorous safety, quality and project performance requirements.
RG has performed as a construction management firm on single projects as large as $20M and has actively managed projects under the jurisdiction of the Department of Energy and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission regulated quality assurance programs.
Home Office/Site Interfaces
RG’s administrative personnel support the Los Alamos and Albuquerque offices to include HR, Marketing, Finance and Accounting, and Payroll. Depending on the size of the project, our current workload and the needs of the project, our project support personnel will vary. The structure RG has in place has worked both locally and in Northern New Mexico for over 20 years. We have low turnover rates with our administrative staff as well as our field staff, that are badged and have clearances for working onsite at Los Alamos National Laboratory and Sandia National Labs.
Resources/Staffing Plan
RG can accommodate the required manpower for a project at a moment’s notice being able to pull additional labor out of LU 611 for electricians, LU16 for Laborers/Operators, and LU 412 for plumbers/pipefitters. As needed, RG’s strategy for acquiring an additional workforce is through their business partnerships. By pooling our resources with business partners, we have built important alliances that have resulted in successful projects. RG has assigned and designated employees to this contract that are intimately familiar with LANL/SNL and their business practices.
