Sandia National Laboratories Facilities Express Mechanical Discipline Contract

RG Construction Services was awarded a task order-based contract to complete mechanical maintenance work for Sandia National Labs.  This work has included projects as small as reclaiming refrigerant all the way to replacing HVAC equipment.  These projects range from 1k up to 250k in magnitude.  This started out as a 3-year contract and has been extended for an additional 7 years.

SNL 6585 Chiller Replacement

RG performed as the mechanical and electrical contractor on demolition of 2 existing chillers through the use of temporary chillers to keep the building operational while the new chillers were built and installed.  The electrical work consisted of replacing the motors and all associated work to ensure that the temporary chillers were operational during the demolition of the existing chillers and the new chillers after they were installed.
